To study the functional outcome of surgically managed proximal tibia plateau fracture

Background: Tibial plateau fractures are one of the common intra-articular fractures,. The study aimed to determine functional outcome surgically managed proximal fracture.Methods: 46 cases tibial were treated by using open internal fixation studied from January 2021 December 2022 at our institute. Conclusions: Surgical management various modalities like cancellous screw, buttress plate, locking compression plate etc depending upon type gave good reduction, stable maintain articular surface achieve early mobilization provide optimal knee function reduced post-operative complications.
